Overview
The Audit Log provides a detailed record of key actions taken within your zyme account.It helps ensure transparency, security, and compliance by allowing you to monitor who did what, and when.
What is tracked
The audit log records significant events, including:- Authentication – Logins, signups, and failed login attempts.
- Workflow activity – Creation, updates, publishing, unpublishing, and deletions.
- Bookings – Requests, approvals, rejections, cancellations, and completions.
- User management – Invitations, role changes, or removals.
- Billing actions – Subscription upgrades, cancellations, and renewals.
Accessing the audit log
- Navigate to Settings → Audit Log in the sidebar.
- Use the search or filters to quickly find relevant events.
- View details for each entry, including:
- Timestamp – When the action occurred.
- Actor – The user who performed the action.
- Action – What was changed or triggered.
- Context – The workflow, booking, or entity involved.
Why it matters
- Security – Detect unauthorized access or suspicious behavior.
- Accountability – See which user made specific changes.
- Compliance – Maintain accurate records for audits or regulations.
- Troubleshooting – Understand the sequence of actions when investigating an issue.
