Each booking in zyme goes through a lifecycle represented by an enrollment status.
Statuses help both clients and planners understand where a booking stands — from initial request to completion.
Statuses explained
This lifecycle ensures clients know what to expect and planners can efficiently manage participation:
Waiting List
The user has requested a booking, but all available spots are full. They are placed in a waiting list until a spot becomes available.
Pending
The user has requested a booking that requires approval. The request is awaiting confirmation from the host/planner.
Accepted
The host/planner has approved the booking request. The client now has access to the workflow.
Rejected
The host/planner declined the booking request. The client will not gain access to the workflow.
Expired
The booking request was not acted upon within a set time frame. It automatically expired due to inactivity or timeout.
In Progress
The booking is active and the workflow is currently ongoing. This includes bookings with upcoming or ongoing steps.
Completed
The workflow has been finished successfully. The booking is marked complete, and the client has gone through all steps.
Canceled
The booking was approved but later canceled; either by the client or the planner. The workflow is no longer active for that booking.
